An Ironman is a 2.4 mile swim followed by 112 mile bike followed by a 26.2 mile run. Always. I started this blog to publish my race reports, but now it includes workout recaps, training updates and much more! I welcome your thoughts and comments and if you haven't yet ventured into the sport of triathlon, what are you waiting for??

Uploading pictures
OK, well, I'm really trying to upload some pictures, but it's not working. I can't upload from my desktop, I put them in PhotoBucket, still can't download them...asked 2 other bloggers, they didn't tell me anything different to do; went to the help section and followed those directions. I can't figure it out. So until someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong, you all will just have to read these without visuals.
Sorry. I'm quite frustrated about it right now!
OK - so I just went in to edit this post and I can get the picture in there. But I can't get it in the post it's supposed to go in...the Training Ride. Damn. I'll keep trying.

You should be able to add with no problem from your "add image" button on the dashboard. Unless you have a MAC that is.. just kidding. Good luck at Accenture. like you need it.
Hey there, RBR, BC needs to know why you have a helmet on in this picture that looks like you're running...what gives?
Hey, that was the Muddy Buddy '05.. You had to wear the helmet all the way because it was a team event, run/bike, jump and climb over stuff. Fun and hard.
My bad, I taught "Apache" was the ethnic makeup of the girl you rode with. duhhh
